Non-Compete Non-Disclosure Agreement

As part of being accepted into the PROFITSONWALLSTREET and/or FASTTRACK seminar by TORO OSO, LLC/CHRIS HANSON , the undersigned Student agrees not to directly or indirectly compete with the business of TORO OSO, LLC/CHRIS HANSON and its successors and assigns during the period of instruction and for a period of 7 (seven) years following the end of the said instruction and notwithstanding the cause or reason for that end.

The term “not compete” as used herein shall mean that the Student shall not own, manage, operate, consult to or be employed in a business substantially similar to or competitive with the present business of TORO OSO, LLC/CHRIS HANSON .

The undersigned Student also agrees not to record, not to disclose or in any manner distribute the materials and information received (whether in written or in lecture form) from TORO OSO, LLC/CHRIS HANSON to any person/persons or third party without the expressed and written consent of TORO OSO, LLC/CHRIS HANSON and its successors and assigns whether for compensation or not.This includes all additional information by TORO OSO, LLC/CHRIS HANSON whether for a fee or without charge, during the time period enclosed herein.

This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to benefit of the parties, their heirs, assigns, and personal representatives.

Waiver of Claims

1.The stock market can be a highly speculative arena for investments.Many people lose money in the stock and options markets.I understand I could and will lose money investing in the stock and options markets.

9.Ultimately, all decisions are made by me.I hold Chris Hanson and/or all of his representatives HARMLESS for any of my activities, possible losses, purchases and/or sells resulting from information obtained at these classes.
